Wellbeing Wednesday

We have been listening to families and learners who have asked us to slow down, mentioned there is too much work, and are feeling a little overwhelmed. 

We have heard you ... and for the next two weeks we will be having Wellbeing Wednesday (ie Wednesday 1st & 8th September). Students will need to check in with their Crew teacher in the morning; but there will be no new work given for the rest of the day and there will be no need to meet with scheduled teachers through Zoom or Teams.

Instead, students can choose to catch up on outstanding work and then take some time to participate in activities that help their wellbeing. The Wellbeing Google Classroom will have suggestions for physical activities you may like to challenge yourself with; or other ideas like reading, meditation, music, or connecting with friends online.
